The weekend of March 19-20, 2016 saw a fun and lively experience for attendees learning the tai chi sabre set in Sarnia, Ontario. Led by Central Region Management Committee member, Blaise Baillargeon, 37 participants from near and far, including Michigan, Ohio, Sault Ste. Marie, Collingwood, Windsor, Kitchener-Waterloo, Stratford Branch, and Sarnia Branch, played and laughed together as we deepened our knowledge and skill of this Taoist Tai Chi® art.
The Sarnia branch welcomed 80 participants to a lunchtime celebration for our 30th anniversary. Two local politicians who were able to attend, brought greetings from the county and provincial governments.
Thanks go to everyone who came for the events as well as to branches who sent greetings and congratulations!
