A Way of Life

Anchored in centuries-old Taoist tradition, the Taoist Tai Chi™ path helps us cultivate harmony and compassion in ourselves and for the world. Master Moy’s mission was to make these arts available to all.

Founded by Master Moy Lin Shin more than 50 years ago, Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism is a charitable, non-profit, volunteer organization that is the sole source and depository of the Taoist Tai Chi™ arts that he taught. Based on the principles of Taoism, these arts work on all aspects of our lives, allowing us to change and find balance in ourselves and in the world.
