The Dragon's Head Blog: Costa Rica

I would like to share my experience in these times, and something that was said at some point in the meetings on Saturdays comes to my mind: “In difficult times opportunities arise …”.

For me it has been a great opportunity to learn more about the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism. The teachings and recommendations have helped me to grow spiritually, to discipline myself, to have more balance and to look at life without worry, as is often recommended, both in local and international meetings.

So I created my daily routine. I start the day with a meditation, then I practice the movements without worrying about how I do them. I focus on feeling them and everything flows; they leave me with great energy. At night I practice donyus and other foundations that allow me to sleep very well.

Another great opportunity is to practice the chanting frequently; they leave me great joy and peace.

Infinite thanks for everything you share with us at the meetings, both from the Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi® Association of Costa Rica, and from the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism.
