The Dragon's Head Blog: Demonstration at Farmer’s Market in Brampton, Ontario
The Brampton location, supported by participants from the Mississauga and Etobicoke locations, filled Brampton’s Garden Square on Saturday August 19th for our annual „large scale“ demonstration of Taoist Tai Chi™ arts.
The weather was fine and many people were about as the demo coincided with the Brampton Farmers‘ Market.
Over 40 participants demonstrated the Tai Chi, Lok Hup, Sabre and Sword sets. Some participants interacted with the public at our information booth, in the square and in the surrounding area answering questions about our arts and handing out bookmarks with our schedule of classes.
During the months of May through October the Brampton location participants gather on Saturday mornings at 10 am and practice tai chi outdoors at Gage Park adjacent to city hall. All are welcome to join us.
