The Dragon's Head Blog: International Center Florida Construction Update

Construction at the International Center in Dunedin, Florida is seeing some wonderful changes. The elevator will be placed in the next few weeks and the air conditioning duct work is everywhere. The black pipes are chiller pipes to bring cooled water throughout the building. They lead to air handlers that will distribute cool air to the rooms.

With temperatures in the 80’s and 90’s cool air will be welcomed here at the Fenway. Soon to be hidden in the ceilings will be the duct work, electrical conduit, fire sprinkler lines, communication lines, plumbing, and fresh air lines. Once completed the ceilings will be installed.

Parapet work has started to support the original structures which have become loose over time.

Plumbers are insulating pipes throughout the building before drywall is done.plumberb10-12
