Banquet Hosting at International Workshop in Colchester, England
There were 220 participants from 16 countries in attendance, which made for a cosmopolitian international workshop in Colchester. There are many routes to discovering a stillness in our centre — dan yu, tor yu, chanting, sleeping meditation, and practising hosting a banquet — a delicious lunch with musical entertainment and a moving testimonial.

Lok Hup Workshop Continues in Edinburgh, United Kingdom
We have participants from 15 countries at the workshop. Large groups took it in turns to practice their Lok Hup, for the others to observe: Great Britain (off camera); Central Europe; Southern Europe; Northern Europe and Canada.

The United Kingdom national centre in Edinburgh is hosting a lok hup workshop, with 225 participants. The first two days have included chanting practice, Taoist Tai Chi® practice, and lok hup ba fa practice, all together and in small groups.
