The Dragon's Head Blog: Working on a wonderful treasure

130 participants from Eastern Region assembled for a national program at the Longueuil location in October. Under the guidance of Susan Lundy, international director and instructor in Central Region, assisted by the Eastern Region Instruction Committee, we practised the Taoist Tai Chi arts with particular emphasis on the foundation exercises. The two days were filled with moment after moment of working together towards a better understanding of the wonderful treasure Master Moy so patiently taught us.
