The Dragon's Head Blog: Mississauga Location joins Parade on Canada Day
Port Credit, July 1, 2015
Many participants from the Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville and Brampton locations danced with the new red dragon in the parade that was part of the Canada Day celebration, Paint the Town Red, in Port Credit.
The Dragon came ashore in the Port in the early morning hours and then came alive with vibrant colour and dazzling manoeuvres, delighting all the spectators, especially all the young children along the parade route.
Many of the participants attended practice sessions at the International Centre Orangeville. All of our training resulted in a spectacular display, undoubtedly the hit of the parade.
Afterwards, we all enjoyed a delightful meal at the Cooksville location.
Then, the team returned the Dragon to Orangeville.
A great day indeed!
