The Dragon's Head Blog: International Center Florida Construction Update for October 18, 2017

What’s happening at the International Center Florida?

Construction is under way in Build E, our new practice hall.   (Here is a reminder that all programs and classes have been moved to 1370 Main Street in Dunedin, Florida until construction is completed.)  Build E has had the walls and walkways around the courtyard removed and scaffolding put in place to support the old roof. Excavation of the courtyard has been completed to allow for steel support columns. Plumbers will begin work on our new larger restrooms next week. The completion date has been moved forward due to the hurricane but should be early 2018.

The Fenway Hotel is in full renovation mode.  The building has many carpenters, electricians, drywall installers, mechanical teams, plumbers, and the elevator/ADA lift teams (to name a few) busily working. Take a look at all that has been completed as of today.  The building should be open by the fall of 2018.
