Greetings from Mono! Seventy participants from across Canada and the United States have gathered at the International Centre to paly Taoist Tai Chi^® arts.

With focus on various parts of the body, including fingertips and shoulders „facing the ceiling“, program leader Pat Bradley-White invites us to explore new ways to experience our tai chi moves. We are gaining a better insight into the relationship between our fascia and tai chi practice. Two rich, full days experienced by all.
