The Dragon's Head Blog: My First Session

One sound, light friction on the carpet.

One movement, parting the wild horse’s mane.

And yet there were sixty moving together. 

Harmoniously, peacefully.

This was my first contact with the Taoist Tai Chi Ⓡ arts. 

I knew right away where I wanted to be.
